My Question or Issue

My spotify is showing that I´ve being using the app outside Brazil for more than 14 days, but I don´t know what is being blocked as I´m using at home.

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome to the forum!

 

Could you let us know where exactly you're seeing this and when did it occur for the first time? Did you notice if it was after a specific change/action? 

 

For a quick resync, you can log out > log back in and if it's possible, test what happens on another device.

 

It's worth mentioning that if you're using a VPN this can cause different issues and confusion with Spotify, so it's recommended that you disable it.

 

Lastly, if the same behavior persists, feel free to send us a screenshot so we can take a look. You can attach it via the Insert Image option in the post editor, just make sure that no sensitive info is visible (such as your username for example).
