Spotify Mini Player Concept

Does anyone else think the action button for individual songs is hopelessly small and indistinct on tablet or phone? I cannot create a playlist on the fly because almost every time I try to use the button to add a track to my queue I end up playing it and stopping whatever I am halfway through listening to. I don't think I have particularly large sausage fingers....
