Spotify Mix Playlist Feature Not Available

My Question or Issue

I can't seems to find the mix feature on both of my device running android. There is a pre made mix Playlist by Spotify that I can play and tune all the bpm and the transitions, but there is no possible way to create my own mix Playlist or to make any of my old Playlist into mix Playlist. I am I missing something or is it that I cannot turn any Playlist into mix Playlist?
