My Question or Issue 

Sometimes the Spotify app freezes ( like in the picture) and it stays like that for hours .

I've tried to restart the app , delete the app cache , reboot the phone nothing works. 

The only solution is to reinstall it and that's so annoying since I have to redownload nearly 3gb of music .

Any solutions? Thx
