Spotify automatically plays sleep playlist at night

My phone automatically started playing "This is Deep Sleep Music Therapy" playlist at roughly 3am. I have no other people signed into my account. I heard this was a bixby or google clock thing, but i do not have bedtime settings or bixby routine settings. Ive searched far and wide and cannot find an answer.

Running a Samsung Galaxy S9+. I have a Galaxy Watch 46mm paired.

You can check out this thread here. Community members have shared what has worked for them when it comes to this issue. Apart from Google clock and Bixby, there are other apps, which can se Spotify as a form of an alarm clock for various routines on Samsung phones.
