My Question or Issue

 The app randomly starts up. Doesn't close when I want it to. Stops mid song and freezes so I can't pause, close, change song or anything. It simply stays on loading or the app goes black. Then it suddenly starts up again. It's been like this for months, I've tried everything and nothing works. It also happened on my pc a couple of times. I've had enough of this and will cancel my premium membership if it's not fixed because I won't pay any longer for something that doesn't work. Which I find sad because I've become addicted to Spotify. 

If there's anything you can do to help me fix this that would be amazing. If not I'm afraid I'll have to cancel it..  😕
