Spotify can't connect to the internet although internet connection is very good

Good Day,

I've a TrekStor Android Volkstab and I'm using the spotify app as a premium member since a few months. It works fine until recently. 

Since a few days it's suddenly not possible for me to listen to music or download playlists completely on the tablet although the internet connection is fine and every other app works unproblematically. If I close the app and open it a again and again, it downloads each time I open it 10% from 101 tracks. Finally 78% than it stops.

Using the app's online services like searching for new songs, listen to other playlists or open my own profil settings are completely failing.

The internal memory is nearly empty.

I've already tried different things (uninstalling, complete hard reset of the tablet, create a new account, disconnect all other devices on which I am using spotify and reconnect,...) But everything I do, nothing helps. 

All other devices are working fine (notebook,iphone).

But as noted above it has also worked fine on the tablet unitl recently.

Could you help me to solve this issue?
