I use Spotify connect from a Samsung android or from an iPad to a NAD C338 amplifier. It usually works well for a couple of songs until it suddenly stops. If I then press "play" again it continues. It is annoying, and what's even more annoying is that if the amplifier is in sleep mode it frequently turns on and continues playing from Spotify, even if no devices with Spotify are in use. It even happened at 3 AM in the night.
Does anyone know why this happens or what I can do to fix this?
As the NAD streams direct fromSpotify's servers, the issue is in your NAD. Sorry, can't help here.
Hello,
Having the same issue with my Oneplus 5 streaming to my NAC C338, same issue with surface pro 3 streaming to NAD C338. I rebooted completely the nad and connected it back to my wifi, it worked for 1:03 straight; that is a record !!

I got a solution to the problem. The problem was a bug/hijack from Spotiamb 0.2.1 that kept logging in and playing. I went to spotify on my web browser, logged out of all devices, changed password and logged on again. It has worked since. The problem was from Spotify, not NAD.
Well, the problem was a Spotify bug/hijack.
