Spotify connected to another device

I have a Moto z2 force 2 and my Spotify account keeps automatically connecting to other devices (cell phones). My WiFi is turned off. I've logged out of all other devices and changed my password multiple times. This also happened on my last phone as well. LG V20. It's gotten frustrating enough that I've downloaded Pandora and I am currently listening to that. This post is my hail Mary before I cancel my premium membership. It's entirely too frustrating to have my music constantly and consistently cutting out to other devices which I don't own.
