Spotify Songs Not Downloading

Hi, no songs are now downloading into my account on my songs list. I only have 237 songs, so I have not exceeded the song limit, but I am on a family account. Does this affect this and how can I get my songs to download?

Spotify for Family lets only one family member access and play their playlists

I upgraded to Premium Family last night. Both my daughter and I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, it would let only one of us access Spotify. What are we doing wrong?

Problems with storage - spotify takes up far too much data (Swedish transcript with sony support)

Solved!! Spotify app crashing

If i run spotify on background it always crash in like 1 min ,tryed reinstall app,factory reset phone and tryed to change the battery settings from app all not helped
