Spotify doesn't play the song i choose to play in Alarm, it keeps playing different song

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

Just to make sure, have you selected a specific song or a whole playlist? 

If you selected only one song, it's well worth running a clean reinstall of the app to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. This one is more thorough than the usual one.

If the issue persists after the clean reinstall, could you let us know if the same happens when you log into Spotify with your account, but on a different phone?
