Spotify identifying my phone as a tablet

My Question or Issue

The Spotify app on my phone says that I'm on a tablet. Because of this I can't see the Canvas feature. Reinstalling the app didn't resolve this.

Thanks for reaching out to us 🙂 

First we'd recommend making sure that your data saver feature is turned off to get the Canvas clips. It's also important that your device doesn't have a pixel width that's greater than 600.

If the above requirements are met we'd suggest restarting the device and logging out and back in to the account. If that doesn't do the trick, you can check out these steps and run a clean reinstall. That way, you can make sure the cache is not causing this issue.

Still not working. The last update works well and then after i update it to the latest version canvas feature isnt there anymore
