Hello,
I have a similar problem like this case
https://community.spotify.com/t5/Help-Android/Spotify-is-constantly-deleting-my-offline-tracks/m-p/1...
Since I have a new SD Card the music I downloaded is constantly deleting itself from my Samsung Galaxy S2.
Can you try resetting my offline devices like in the case mentioned? But this doesn't mean, that my playlists and saved music will be deleted?! Right?
Greetings
Dominik
Hi @Schinowii7,
have you tried resetting by yourself?
It's important to know that doing this will result in your offline data being removed across all your offline devices. You will need to sync again.
When syncing offline content, always be beware of possible data charges.
If you're having trouble using the above tool, you can always use our contact form for a response by email.
Good luck!

It's no problem if my offline music will be deleted as long as I keep it in the "cloud".
Thank you. I will report if this won't work.
