Spotify is not connecting to Google Clock

My Question or Issue

I want to connect my Spotify to my Google Clock but it keeps loading in endless circles and does not connect.

I have already Reinstalled Spotify and the clock app, OS is on the newest update and so are both apps. 

I hope someone here can help me

@Blktbss07 Can you let us know if you've already tried to log out > restart your device > log back in? It's also a good idea to try clearing your cache to remove any old files that might be causing issues.

@Hiddee could you try connecting the apps using a different network?

If that doesn't do it for you, could you send us some screenshots of what you see on your end trying to connect?

We'll be on the lookout for your answer and we'll see what we can suggest next.
