Spotify is not streaming or downloading music

My Spotify app in Android is not streaming or downloading music.

I have tried the following:
1. Perform clean install
2. Gave full permission to Spotify
3. Update my phone (Galaxy Note 😎 to the latest firmware
4. Clear cache and storage
5. Download Spotify Lite - same issue

I also have 11.7GB free on my phone

Have you tried logging into your account on a different device?

Would be helpful to know since we can confirm if the issue is device related or app related.

Another good recommendation is to try a different network connection to log in and see if the issue persists.

Lastly, you could temporarily remove your SD card since it's been proven this helps sometimes.

I hope the issue can be resolved easily and quickly so you can get back to streaming. If it does not, I'll be waiting to hear from you so we ca forge a way ahead.
