Spotify keeps disconnecting after 30-50 seconds when casting via Google Chrome. I've reinstalled Spotify after deleting all data first and that helps only once. After the first time it keeps disconnecting. Is there a solution to this problem?

Spotify's latest update (Google Play) broke the Chromecast feature. Music plays for about one minute then pauses and severs the Chromecast connection. 

This is unique to Spotify since the last update - all other streaming apps work flawlessly with Chromecast.

I'm using Spotify on a new Google Chrome Slate. 2-3 songs will play and then Spotify will stop. I've reinstalled the app 3 times. On one occasion, Spotify played the entire day, but back to the same issue the following day. I've tried contacting their customer support but no luck yet.

I too am experiencing this issue. It is extremely frustrating! If I continue to reconnect it seems to work eventually, but I'll still see random disconnections after music had been playing for some time.
