My Question or Issue

My phone recently updated and ever since I've been unable to access any of my library or any songs (downloaded or not) despite being logged in. It works completely fine on PC and I've cleared my data and uninstalled the app + restarted my phone multiple times and nothing seems to work. Any help!?

I'm sorry to hear about that.

I see you've already tried some steps on your own and that's good.

If you haven't, can you also try :

  • logging out and back in
  • using a different network connection
  • temporarily removing your SD card
  • disabling any VPNs if you're using them.

If none of those prove helpful, you can refer to this Android troubleshooting thread and hopefully, get a solution.

Either way, you can always get back to me and we'll figure out a way forward.
