My Question or Issue

Even after a clean install (according to procedure), songs still crash after 7-10 seconds.
Skipping a few songs will normally make it start playing again.
But very frustrating.
10 second crash seems to be something from 2017 which still isn't fixed by spotify.....

Really, nothing???

Hey there @Metaripley,

Thanks for posting!

A clean reinstall is a great first step. To determine if this issue is related to your account or to your device, can you test if the same happens on Desktop, for example?

Another idea is to create a Free account and try if the issue persists on the Android.

It'd be useful if you also let us know what your Spotify version is.

Keep us posted!

Android 9.
Only on this device (works like it should on desktop and phone).

I now created a second account for testing.
Happened once already but for now looks like it is happening less then on my other account.

But correct me if I am wrong, but isn't this just a buffering problem or something?

Hey @

So, nothing more than a clean install and another account?

Again, nothing?

How should I resolve this. I pay for a premium account, so I would like to hear more than 7 seconds.....

Also, I can forward some songs and if I get lucky a number of 5 ahead it starts playing again, going back to the numbers that don't play, they still dont play.

F. U. C. K. you spotify!

I am paying for a premium and you dont even have a support service or a contact.
You are just like, we have a community, go fix your own problems, we dont do S. H. I. T . if you have a problem, just take your money.
