Spotify not saving songs for offline

Hi, My songs aren't saving for offline. I save them then tap the available for offline button then it says its downloading, then it has the green downloaded button. Then when I go offline it just gets stuck at a loading circle and does nothing. When I go back on it says that I haven't tapped the available offline button and none of the songs are saved...???

Any help would be nice.. sorry if the english isn't too great.
