My Question or Issue

I recently updated to Android 11 on my device. Opened Spotify and despite having a very solid internet connection, there's a prompt saying "No Internet Connection Available" at the bottom. I can't access songs I didn't download. Other apps are working normally. On the other hand, my Spotify Connect seems to not be working on all 3 devices despite a solid internet connection.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. 

 

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, we suggest that you try with running Windows in Safe Mode with Networking - if the app works with no issues there, we'd suggest adjusting different network settings and uninstalling any software that might be conflicting with Spotify's connectivity.
