Spotify stops working while downloading

When I try to download new music Spotify will suddenly shut down. How can I fix this?

I'm not sure why to be honest, I don't recall this ever happening to me. I would suggest that you clear all the cache in the application, uninstall, then reinstall the Spotify application. Sometimes you can still get a bad data patch when downloading, causing a loss in files, or data corruption. Its rare these days, but it still can happen if you have a bad connection or lots of traffic.
