Spotify unavaible on Googleplay while being part of Europe (Geoblocked)

Hello, here is a few informations

France (Réunion island precisely)

My Question or Issue

Here is a definition explaining the issue: "The overseas departments and regions of France (French: département et régions d’outre-mer or DROM) are departments of France which are outside metropolitan France, the European part of France"

Here is a few DROM:

French Guiana in South America
Guadeloupe and Martinique in the Caribbean;

Mayotte and Réunion in the Indian Ocean, off the coast of Africa.

Now I am not quite sure about the rest of the DROM but being part of Réunion island, I know for a fact that your application is not avaible through this region on Google play. I asked for support on google play, they said you are the only one capable of controling where your application can be used. Please let us access your application, you are losing a lot of users. (yes DROM are really populated for their small superficy)
