Spotify won't let me save to my SD card

I've followed the spotify storage instructions to save music to my SD card, but I don't have the option on my settings that spotify suggest I use...

1. Tap Other, then Storage.

'Other' appears as a heading with only the logout option underneath.

My phone memory is full, but I've got a pretty much empty SD card. My phone settings are to send everything to the SD card, but I'm guess I need to change something within spotify as a sepparate program. 

Any advise on this would be greatly appreciated, it's making my phone glitch like **bleep**.

Thanks for letting us know about this. Sorry for the belated reply.

We'd suggest that you try the following options out: 

1. Run a clean reinstall (it's very important to first remove the devices for offline listening like described in the article).
2. Enable permission for storage option for Spotify. This can be accessed by going to Settings>Apps>Spotify>Permissions>Storage.
