Status Bar And Navigation Bar Won't Hide When Fullscreen

My Question or Issue

When I go Fullscreen watching a video podcast on Spotify, the video is on Fullscreen but the Status Bar and the Navigation Bar wont hide, it's really annoying, it's supposed to be hidden when its on Fullscreen

What will rotating the phone do? I've tried that it doesn't work.

Helps slightly in slowing down the screen burn by not allowing it to sit in one spot for hours.

Been over a week and still no email. They don't want anything to do with it hoping we'll just go away or something. Terrible customer service experience
