Stop Spotify from tracking out of app activity

In a resent update with my phone (Samsung), it stated that Spotify would be able to track my out-of-app activity for better music recommendations. I don't want this service, and the Spotify setting do not allow for restricting this. (I am not referring to adding recommendations, because I have a premium plan). It's annoying to have a service I pay for track my activity, as well as not clearly diclosing they do this. It was a software update to my phone that informed me.

You can opt out of tracking for tailored ads here.

Spotify needs to process some data for their service to work. You can read about Spotify data rights and privacy settings here.
