Student discount

I filled out the page for a student discount and it kept saying it couldn't verify that I'm a student. I am a student. If no one knows exactly what to do please just post a number for customer support because I have yet to find one

Where's the problem occuring exactly? Are you using your NUS card number or Unidays account? If you have neither of these student services, you won't be able to use Spotify at discount.
