Subscribed but still only free capabilities...

Subscribed but still only free capabilities...

So I subscribed today and naturally used the free 30 day trial. I have tried logging out and logging back in, even uninstalling and reinstalling the app and still am only receiving the free version on my account. Any ideas?

Did you log in with the user name shown on your Spotify receipt? If the user name is a 10 digit number, you should use the "log in with facebook" option. Does your account overview show an active premium subscription?


I logged in with the username on the receipt which is not a 10 digit #.
Still no joy.

So what indicates that your account is not premium? If you can download music but other actions pop up the "this is a premium feature" it's a known thing and reinstalling spotify following the steps here will fix it.
