Sync not working on my Android Device - but songs are available in Spotify

My device (Samsung Galaxy) is connected to my Spotify account on my computer.  But my files aren't syncing to my mobile.  I don't want to download everything to my phone...I just want to sync.  When I click on the greyed out tracks in my Library on my mobile I get a message that says " this track is not currently available from Spotify" but I can search on my phone and find those tracks on Spotify.  What gives?

Yea i have the same problem, does it have anything to do with premium?
