Unfortunately i clicked not now when it asked me if i wanted to accept the new terms & conditions, i didnt mean to press not now. I now only have 29 days of premium and im still going to be charged so how can accept the new terms & conditions?

Restart Spotify, and the pop-up window should appear and prompt you to accept the terms again.

Tried that ... didn't get the pop-up and I have no indication anywhere whether Spotify will cease to work in 30 days or not.

I've been paying for subscription for over a year now and I'm extremely disappointed with the way spotify is choosing to stuff terms and conditions down the throats of their early supporters and rests on the assumption that consumers have limited legal and technical knowledge to comprehend their rights and implications.
