My Question or Issue

The album artwork or cover art displayed while playing a song is completely different . Let's say I was clicked to play this song "kannaana kanne" and this song starts playing, but when I navigate to look at the media player screen, the cover art is of another song with similar first string "kannaana kanna". Thus, the song playing and the actual album art differs

Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to look into this and get the correct artwork to appear everywhere.

We haven't noticed or seen any issues like this recently. To start us off, try performing a clean reinstall of the app. It's possible there's some corrupted cache causing the incorrect album art to appear and this will help resolve that.

If the issue persists after that, let's try and narrow down what could be causing this. Could you please provide us the following:

• Is this on all devices or only on the aforementioned Android phone? If you haven't tested this, please do so.
• When did this start happening?
• Does this only happen with the song you mentioned or with others too? 
• Screenshots or a video of the behaviour. If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos.

With this information, we’d be happy to investigate.
