My Question or Issue

I've been trying to use spotify but it doesn't work, when I try to play a song it stays an 0:00, never moves, I have downloaded the songs, tried using other internet, clear cache, reinstalled the app, this only happens on my phone, on the pc and ps4 works perfectly, I'm getting really upset about this, is been a couple of weeks already and I cant find a solution.

If you use SD card for storage, try switching it to device storage, it worked for me.
