Track Skipping While Casting

When I'm trying to cast from my phone to my Google Home or Chromecast, Spotify will skip tracks until the end of the playlist and then stop.  

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling,  I've rebooted the casting devices, and I've cleared the cache, none worked.
