Trouble logging on to android app in the Philippines with paid account

So I am currently having problems trying to log in on the Spotify app on Android while in the Philippines. It says the username or password is incorrect, but I can sign onto the website with no problems.

Hi @Stryder222, welcome to the community!

 

Your Spotify username is not the same as your email address.

 

The website will accept the email address as a username but the app won't. Try removing everything after the @

 

So if you log into the site with Spotify.user@emailaccount.com try just Spotify.user and let me know if that helps!
