I joined up earlier tonight and now my spottily does not work on my android can someone help me please

Hey! I've just had a look at your account and Premium seems to be up and running fine at the moment. Try logging out and back in a couple of times - this should hopefully get things working again.

Do you login with right account details? Try to log in with Facebook details (if any) or use Spotify details if you use now Facebook details as login.
