Pending on my local files plays list for a DROID2 hand device

I am a premium user and tried to sync my local itunes tracks from my computer to my phone. The sync completes without any problem but I get a pending on my local file playlist. Can anyone help me? I can see the other playlist. Thanks

wont play on phone

dont know if this has been asked. i downloaded the spotify app for my phone. most of the songs work fine, but some are faded out and wont play. why is this? these work fine on my computer

Preview app not downloading
