Upgraded but my iPhone doesn't Seem 2 Know It!

I upgraded to Premium earlier today received my receipt via email, logged out and logged back in (nothing still telling me to upgrade), uninstalled and reinstalled app (still nothing), sent an email to support center (no response yet) why am I paying for this if I can't use it? Am I doing something wrong? Please help!
