Upload own songs as a musician

I am a little composer by myself and what to upload my own work for other users (and also for myself to combine it with other work) however  it is not clear how I can upload my own music on the Spotify database...

You first need to go through an aggregator and then it will be added to spotify. See the FAQ below and they list a bunch you can choose from.

Do I need to have a worldcard for paying to get my money or can I have also only my regional card number? Wich site is the best and easiest to use?

This depends on the distributor's available payment methods.

My personal favourite distributor is DistroKid because they allow you to upload an unlimited amount of content to the stores while only paying a small yearly fee. 🙂
