My Question or Issue

I can't use newer versions of Spotify with the updated interface where music and podcasts are separated. It's WAY TOO LAGGY! It take 30 seconds to load playlists and albums I have to use versions of Spotify back from June. Kindly fix this.

Hey @Okash,

Thanks for reaching out!

Please try this:

1. Click on Remove All Devices here.
2. Do a clean reinstall (step 4 is very important).
3. Restart device.
4. Log out and back in.

Let us know how this worked out 🙂

I've tried this twice and it hasn't worked. Redownloading all the content again takes a lot of time too.

Hey @Okash,

Thanks for following the instructions.

Could you tell us what network you use? Do you have the possibility to try with another one?

I look forward to your reply 🙂

I tried different networks, I tried different android phones but it seems
it's only my device that has that problem. I'll try the latest version of
Spotify again to see if it works.

Hey @Okash,

Thanks for the fast reply.

Please try again the steps from my first reply in the same order. It's important to dsiconnect all of the devices to clear the cache before making a clean reinstall.

Let us know what happens afterwards. Thanks!
