Verbindung nicht möglich beim Premiumkau f

Hallo liebe Community!
Ich möchte mir seit einiger Zeit das Spotify Premium holen. Momentan ja 3 Monate für 99ct. Drücke ich in der App auf meinem Handy aber auf *Premium holen*, so kommt "Verbindung nicht möglich. Überprüfen sie ihre Einstellungen und probieren es dann nochmal."

Mit dem Internet bin ich verbunden und habe auch sehr guten Empfang. Was kann denn das sein, dass geht schon tagelang so, seitdem ich es probiere...

Mein Handy ist ein Huawei P9 Lite. Also ein Android Phone... Hilfe...

Just to confirm, are you having troubles subscribing to Premium? If so, please try using a different device and make sure to do it via our website. 

If you're having trouble seeing the Premium features on your account, try reinstalling the app. Here's how.
