Very different dynamic range (bass, treble) of music via WLAN and 3G

I don't understand one thing: Music I download or stream at home via WLAN has a MUCH better dynamic (more bass, more treble) than music I stream or download via 3G.

My settings are "Extreme Quality" for Streaming and "High Quality" for downloading.

An enerving extra: when you download a playlist or an album via WLAN to your mobile and one or more songs have been already in the cache from streaming via 3G they don't get downloaded again. So when you listen to that album you have.

Can someone give me a hint if and what to do about this?

Hi. That sounds strange. It seems like when you are using 3G the quality it's in automatic and maybe that is making download songs in less quality. Do you have one of those providers that gives you free access premium to spotify?

Yeah if the song is already downloaded it won't download again. The only thing left is that you delete data and cache to redownload all songs again.

Thanks for your answer.

No, I haven't one of theose "spotify included"-providers. But I agree, it seems that the quality setting is ignored. Is there a way to find out what bitrate a (downloaded or streamed) song has got?

I noticed this issue in my car, where i have a quite good sound system. And it's really a HUGE difference. One song totally flat and the other in full brillance.

And yes, that's right: I have to clear the cache and download all the songs again to get a good quality.

Is there a kind of error-reporting? How can I contact support (as a premium member)?

Ah, sorry. Found a email address
