Volume turns off randomly

So my Volume has decided to just turn competely off randomly while listening to music. It all started after I ran the update for my Samsung S7 edge to android version 7.0. I have uninstalled spotify, I've formatted my phone, I've made sure the equilizer was turned off. Changing the song seems to make it happen more offten and it only seems to happen while connected to my car or to my bluetooth headphones; however I conntected it to my Sony sound bar and I couldn't get it to happen.
