When done listening to music on Spotify how do I turn the app off.

The only way I know to turn the app off is to restart my phone. I know there must be another way

You can close the app by swiping it to the left from the Android notifications panel & by swiping it up from the active apps overview panel 🙂
Another method that doesn't require a restart is force stopping the app from the phone settings, but going that far shouldn't be necessary.
