When using chromecast with phone or google home, playback registering as account in use elsewhere.

When switching between using my phone, google pixel, and my google home to playback music from spotify i get the error that my device is currently being used elsewhere. this prevents me from playing any music on either for an indeterminiate amount of time with now apparent reset options. Very frustrating when moving between handset control and voice control while in the same room playing form the same speakers.
