Wheres my music going?

My songs become unsaved after awhile even though I saved them to be able to play offline.

That's not cool. Please follow the steps here:

• Log in to your account page on our website and click Offline devices in the menu on the left.

• Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES.

• Reinstall the app with the steps here: https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstallation-of-spotify/.

• Save your offline tracks again.
