Whole phone crash

My Samsung s6 crashed when I clicked on a song in spotify.  the phone would not restart, so assuming the phone had technical difficulties, I took it in for warranty. However I downloaded spotify on the Huawei phone I am borrowing from my phone provider, and while on spotify the phone has fully crashed twice more. Luckily the battery comes out of this phone, but then i have to charge for 30 more minutes before the phone is fine again. I'm now wondering if it's my spotify account that is causing the problems in my phones and not the phones themselves... Any feedback would be great, thanks.
