Why are there two UIs for radio, and why do they have the like/dislike buttons on opposite sides?

I listen to music at work, so I need to be quick when liking songs, this stupid discrepency has had me dislike some really great songs, and beacuse you don't have a menu for that, nor do you let us like songs by merely searching, it's a pretty hard move to undo
