Why is it that when I get a new phone I have to make a new profile? And playlist have to be redone

Why do I have to make a new profile when I get a new phone? I now have 3! Why?

You don't. Instead of creating a new account, all you need to do is log in using your existing credentials. That way, all your saved music and playlists will be there for you.
