Why pay 17,50$ for something which doesn't work anyway?

Hey, i have long to school, so i would to try the spotify premium, the first 2 weeks, i got blank window, and now i can play music, but... no sound? and my sound is on, and i have tried to:

  1. Clear data
  2. Clear Cache
  3. Uninstall
  4. Turn off my phone
  5. Pull out the battery
  6. Put the battery in after 10 seconds
  7. Turn on my phone
  8. Go to google play and install Spotify
  9. And NOTHING really happend, only that i lost ALL my downloaded music, so i have to download it again, but its useless to do, when i just quit spotify, since it doesn't work.

What are the steps you took to get to the error/issue?:

I downloaded the spotify app, then i downloaded my playlists, and i can click on the play button and it plays, but no sound is coming out, and it makes sound when i turn on the sound on my phone.

 

What I expected to happen:

Of course i expected that it should play the music? o.O  

 

Did you restart your device when troubleshooting in section B?:

Did you read the connection troubleshooting tips?:

No, i dont need that at all, i just need to make my phone play music from spotify
