Won't save to Sd card 32gb

Hi, I know this question has been asked a lot but I've read through a lot of the posts and nothing has worked. I have a 32sd card that Spotify won't save songs to, sometimes it appears in the storage option in the library settings, most of the time it doesn't. I've formatted the card, uninstalled Spotify, I've copied and pasted files in manager, I've tried everything, it's very frustrating. Please help! Thanks in advance

Hi. Is the SD card formatted as "internal" or "portable"storage, as shown on the android settings>storage screen?

Hi, I bought an android just for Spotify as it was using too much storage
on my actual phone. The options are phone storage or sd card. I've selected
sd as the default write disk but it doesn't seem to work.
