android app doesn't detect any free space on the interal and external sd-card anymore

Hi there!

Eversince spotify worked perfectly, but since I have reinitiated my android tablet (4.1.1), and installed the latest version of spotify, the latter does not detect free disc space anymore- while all other apps do. When starting the spotify-app, the first thing popping up is the error-message,completely disableing the use of the app. Reinstalling spotify and restarting the device didn't solve the problem. Does anyone know an answer to the described issue?

This is an issue I don't recall seeing before. Could you try another reinstall, making sure you remove the spotify cache as in these instructions. How much free space is shown for internal/internal SD/external SD?

Hi Joe,

Thanks for your reply. I will try to do so. Free space of each, internal and external SD, is 30GB- so all in all 60GB should be available.
